How come only the one DoD server?

Getting hard to play with The Ville community lately.
I have seen a few people spread over Frenchy's and others, but would be nice to have The Ville servers back.

I have a server ready to go....I just need the ok from the head honchos to activate it.......pm me if you want it up Jfet or powder......the connection has never been down (adsl) holds 12-16 very well....and it would be nice to have a smaller server like the old days....26 people can be a little bit busy at times......I cant go on the 20-0 runs like I used to....

you its kinda ironic that the one time i start to get back into dod the servers just magically go down. i think its nothing more than a cruel joke against me to stop me from playing dod. you guys will do anything to keep me from busting my melee skillz out against u all

we are not accepting any servers that are on a residential connection. this means dsl/cable, mainly. there are reasons, and if you want to discuss this, then PM me.

as for tv4, i know the admins are working on fixing it. tv5 is down with the other ville-supporter hosted servers. i am working on getting them up, but i have had many real-life things going on that impede this. we have been in talks about bringing another dod server around, also.

blown: catch me in IM about this regarding our most recent chat, as i am confused.

I've been playing at the ville (TV1) more often during break and it seems to have lag spikes more often than what I remember. And there are still the random svc_bad errors when someone wins a round, and also happened to me today when the server switched maps.
