not for me unfortunately.. well sometimes yeah... but not normally... that normally makes me start thinking about stuff i need to do and then i really can't sleep

ive been sick for 4 days and havent slept for crap.

Tylenol PM one evening, was awake all night

Tylenol AM the next day at work and could barely see straight.

I hate colds

I'm supposed to be now, but i used to take medication that would slow my thinking process down so i could sleep... (can't think of the name of it, but it was to counter-act the prozac i took in the morning.) Was only supposed to take about 1/2 hour before bed, and if i took some in the morning, by accident instead of the other stuff i was walking around like a zombie drooling all day.. it was bad. but the moral of the story is, a hammer is a very cheap sleep-aid.

Either that or you have ville-itus. (Posting late at night every night, waiting for a forum topic to pick up speed.)

Or you shold just start a fight club...

im runnin on 4 hrs sleep for the last 3 days. add to that the fact that i start work at 2 in the morn, followed by 6 hrs of physical labor, and u end up with one huge dose of cranky DuFFmAn

. anyone who cant sleep, do what im about to do: run full speed into a wall headfirst. guaranteed to put ya out

If you want to sleep, all you need to do is find a realllllly boring book or haven't you ever fallen asleep in class? Get a recording of the lecture.

Oh and by the way, it's perfectly normal to walk around like a zombie, operating on a couple hours sleep....

when you have a new born baby that won't stop crying for more than an hour at a time. Glad I'm not planning to do that one again....

no, I love to read, so it doesn't matter how boring the book is, I will be hooked in.... well, I fell asleep when I had 2 hrs to go before work... and then my power must have flickered because I woke up just a bit ago... and yeah. my alarm Did Not go off... and my clocks are flashing.. oops. I was supposed to be in 5 hrs ago... which means I got 7 hrs sleep

but got written up at work... I called and manager started laughing, then told me she would switch my sched, rather than 7:30-4, now I am 3-10:30 uhoh

for me, i just cant fall asleep. i watch tv and even if its an infomercial i still cant sleep. i always get close to sleep then i think about something. and my mind goes nuts.

then of course around an hour before i have to go to work or school, i get tired.

go figure.
