You can say that about a lot of things...

Eating animals is very good for your health. Eating too much is very bad for your health. But that can be said about anything. Water is 100% necessary for all animals to survive, but too much water can drown them (except for fish, but that's why they don't have feelings  ).

Actually when you drink too much water your cells absorb too much and explode.

Yeah so you better be nice to water, too, and stop drinking it because it might kill your cells.
