Are you going to get HL2

I personally don't think HL2 is going to be worth it. From the promo videos that have been released, I haven't liked what I have seen. The gameplay seems a little closer to a CS style. I haven't seen too much that would make HL2 a good game.

Whether or not it is a decent game, they don't deserve my money. They've had the world bowing down and kissing their feet for the past three years, despite the delays and excuses.
Therefore I'm not buying it...

If anybody deserves my money its Valve....thanks to all the mods and patches I am still playing a game I bought in the 90's

Of course I'm buying HL2, in fact I already did. It looks awesome and having these great mods on the new engine will be even awesomer!

I don't care if Valve sucks at releasing a game and running a network as long as they know how to make a great game. How long did HL last? This game costs less than $50 bucks and if it lasts anywhere as long as HL did, I'd say it is definitely worth every penny!

what a silly question. of course i am getting half life 2. so what the game has been delayed and such. it almost always happens with the highly aniticipated games. Half Life was a great game when it came out. and if HL2 will be as mod friendly as the first then it will definatly be worth it.
