Back in "73" the mayor tiring of having a church with no roof and a bell sitting on the ground that no one could install was looking to make a deal.
So after a long and costly permitting cycle and a tough contract bidding process ROOFCUTTER inc. was hired to upgrade the bell structure in accordance with bell hanging code 8976.8.5.71 section 4. Additionaly per roof code 7659.3.6 section 2 the roof will match the type and quality used thruout the city of Avanti.
Roofcutter Inc. will recieve no monatary award for contracted work. Roofcutter Inc. will have title and deed over the items beneth the tower and is authorized to collect taxes from the people and business that utilize the tower.

Rents due: Mulisha, Whybkuul,
{db+ok} INVICTUS, Kermit From Hell,
Plus Mulisha and Whybkull are doing business as "Spammers Delight Speaking Service" an extra fee will be due.

Dear Mr. Roofgutter:
After repeated infractions with respect To your company "Roofgutter Inc." being awarded the contract to do a complete overhaul of the Avanti Church roof. The city of Avanti would like to serve you notice that as per our lawyer "Tommy.Chong" we have no alternative other than to pull your operating licence within the city limits of Avanti and all surrounding areas.
As you are aware we the city and counsel have told you that you can not erect a roof on a building without any trusses. You have been asked repeatedly to correct this situation and you continually question our authority and reasons as to why the trusses are required. The answer is really quite simple Mr. Roofgutter. If you have no trusses the church will simply not hold up a roof. And with no roof sir we the city will be unable to issue a occupancy permit for any occupant. You must realize that the owner/s of the property who hold the deed are unable to take possession until the church passes it's final inspection and to do this it must have a roof.
Mr. Roofgutter you may appeal this ruling by posting notice with our head office TheVille within 48 hours. Have a nice day.

The building does have approved Trusses installed.

Tommy, the Mayor is the registerd owner of all of avanti and has issued a special deed to ROOFCUTTER inc. for control of the tower.
He may not remember this due to his midnight drinking binge with JD and JCom but the Tim Hortons I provided the next day soothed and did make the deal offical.

I think the "pathetic little people" a.k.a. those who were medics before medics were the flavor of the week, (CycoDad, MeatJuice, Brujah and myself) need to teach the "Bandwagon jumping" a.k.a. any of you little punks who started playing medic full time since late January except Blue Ruler, a few things about what constitutes true owning...

When I started playing medic full time, my only competition came from CyCoDad, Meat Juice and sometimes Brujah. They were the only medics I knew of, and competed against. Suddenly more and more people were complaining about infections, especially when two or more of us were on a team. Then the explosion happened; Whybkuul started playing full time followed closely by Mulisha, Omega and several others....that is what I mean, the second wave of doctors here at the Ville. The "first wave" of medics was a small group of sadistic battle tested doctors. Now there are dozens of unlicenced practicioners infecting without obtaining proper certification first.

Thats no fair ROOF you know how much JD loves Tim Hortons.....All i got JD is a lifetime membership to the Tim Hortons donut club id be willing to part with if you let me own the building and area around CP3...

And i can medic damn good on avanti when defending

and would be willing to prove this when i get a decent connection back. :|

Mulisha I think your a little mixed up. I don't think med became popular, but more or less a requirement. You and Whybkuul are always on the same team and start an epidemic some way or another. It's actually a relief when yall enjoy each others company in the tower because the disease dies down. Most people go med just to heal their team, not because you two started a fashion. Name people who have become a full time medic just to play with you two. And yes, you talk to much trash and BS during game. You're fun to frag against but when the inner teenage girl (chatterbox) and 5 year old punk (BS) comes out of you it gets abnoxious. Sometimes I leave I get so annoyed.
