http://edition.cnn.com/2004/US/West/08/18/bear.beer.reut/index.html

I found this story hilarious, and decided to post the link here. It's also kind of sad what people have done to wildlife, and what influences we have on the animals. It's also quite amusing that a bear would drink THAT much beer.... I never would expect an animal to like the taste.... but, maybe he drank it for the same reason we do. Get your buzz on.

I read this from a different source and it said the bear drank one busch, but then only Ranier after that. It also said they tried to wake it up, but it just moved a little then passed back out.

I'll have to go up there and leave him some microbrews. Ranier isn't exactly better than Buscch. But it's still hilarious that he didnt' drink anymore of the busch

Bears must have really small kidneys, you would think it would take an awful lot of beer to make an animal that big pass out. Get alittle tipsy ok.... but pass out? i dunno about that, I weigh 145 and don't pass-out that easy, of course I'm alittle more experienced then your average bear.

It says 36 beers, but how much of that actually got in his stomach, its not like bears have 5 fingers and lips.

This is the most obvious example that my redneck relatives have taken over the world: using donuts and beer to entice bears into a trap.
