There is a step by step instruction manual that comes with it. Start by reading that.

How to do Shell

shell> tar -xzvf hlstats-version.tar.gz

Its my first time i saw shell....

Maybe you can ask whoever hosts your site if they can install it for you.

he will not do because he already set it up but for everyone but the database crashedand he dont want reapair it .... And dont will install it on my host...
