does anyone know how to fix this problem

whenever i use macromedia or something that uses flash (also) i get no sound everything else works but no sound on anything that i dont download off the web...this means no more sb emails

Have you tried reinstalling the flash plugin from the site?

ok i figured out a way for me to get it to work i went into add/remove programs and removed it all from my comp(had like 3 things in there...dont know why...thats problably the prob) and then i reinstalled it all
