Ok, Here is my home desktop. It actually has wallpaper, but I don't think I've ever changed since I picked that one. I've actually cleaned it up a bit

How many people hide their desktop?
I dont like having folders up. I keep them hidden and use the taskbar pop up to get to stuff. I auto hide the task bar too.
anyone else do that?

i don't hide it, but i hate clutter. so i try to keep #'s down and i reduced the size of the icons a lil bit. and if i get too much stuff on the desktop... i got a folder called desktop to dump it into and sort through later, lol. i can fit i think 12 icons in a column and i've had at one point ( around finals time) around 70-80 items ont he desktop i think. man did that drive me crazy

I have all my exes in the quick-launch, and I just have to click on the little arrows to get to them all, except for the few I use most that stay visible. That and another toolbar next ot the system tray for all my games, and hiding irrelevant or unused system tray icons keep everything all tidy |
