I demand you view it at once! It's 2:52 long, 69 megs.
Footage is from pubs and scrims against upper level CAL clans (M and I). The video quality is okay but not perfect, frames in a few certain clips in the first half seem to blur together and I basically went insane trying to fix it (eventually I got so pissed that I deleted every demo, clip file, audio file and every failed version of the video).
But despite that, I still think it's a good vid, download it:

Damnit how do you get such good quality and small file size?
I loved the kalt wallshooting. I've been trying to get people through the wheelhouse walls for so long but I never seem to get the angle right. There were lots of nice frags in there too. Great video. _________________ the garand is fixed... horrayzors! |

You ever notice that his screen isn't full size?
The other ones I downloaded today were about 70 megs,
even more, but they were full-screen and therefore
had much worse quality.. Small screen + lots of
memory usage = good quality. _________________ Spawn camper since: Dod Beta 1.0

Yeah but there's more to it than that. I resized my video so it's half size and it still looks like I'm shooting random axis splotches all over _________________ the garand is fixed... horrayzors! |

How about if you just render a clip uncompressed? Does it still look bad?
It seems like divx compression isn't too kind to dod clips. Most of the better quality movies(like rizzo's) use windows media compression or xvid.
There's a decent guide here:
http://www.twrgaming.com/index.php?mode=articles&articleid=6
The main thing is to render your individual clips uncompressed before you compile them into the complete movie. |

I have to show you guys something. Today I was in this kalt server, messing around. This guy ninjas through the sewers, caps the axis 5th, and crouches ride by the spawn. Well I take the other route around, he doesn't see me. So I line up a shot to the side of his head... nothing. Do it again... nothing. He finally figures out Im there, runs at me with his bar and I shoot him the leg and he dies. Wow. This game has some awful hitboxes. I'm gonna make a movie of it. _________________ the garand is fixed... horrayzors! |

Man, that is the most frustrating thing EVAR. I get so mad when I zero in on someone and actually wait to get a headshot, and I MISS. My poor cat... |

Damnit, I actually finished it already but the quality is so blurry my token red dot Xhair is almost unseeable, which makes the video pointless. Need to find Xvid... _________________ the garand is fixed... horrayzors! |

I swear the hitboxes were 20,000 times better in
the earliest betas... Cause seriously, I should
be dying alot quicker than I am on this verion. _________________ Spawn camper since: Dod Beta 1.0

Nice shots mang
For some reason I only had sound on one channel. If no one else had the problem then it must be me.
EDIT: It was my headphones. Partially unplugged. |

uh, when I click on the download button at clanpubs.net I get "cannot find server". The thing is, I've been having firewall problems and I'm not sure if I fixed it or not. The result is that I don't know if this is a host problem or just my problem... can somebody else pretty please check to see if the file is actually down, or is it just me? |
