ive been trying to follow in your footsteps nips....but its so hard to do, especially when im cooking for me, shockwave, and my g/f (or them for me)....its hard to get them to choose stuff that fits in the diet, because they want to eat the good stuff that i cant. ive taken up golfing though, so hopefully getting outside and doing some activity will help.

Very awesome, BRN. You can't look at it as a "diet" though... It has to be a lifestyle change. When people diet, they can easily fall back into the old eating habits, even if they don't intend to. If you're doing the low carb thing, I can totally understand how you want "real" food again though, lol. What diet are you on? When it's finished, remember not to slack w/ exercize, and keep eating lots of fruits and veggies.

I grew up in a very weight conscience family. My father is a personal trainer on the side. I honestly think my parents put way too much emphasis on being thin. Your goal in life should not be to fit into a size 2 jeans. Self esteem shouldn't depend upon someone's weight. All I want is to feel healthy, as well as feeling good about myself. I also have found that I feel better when I'm eating healthier. If I've been eating good for a while, and then go to have a hamgburger/fries, I get sick to my stomach. That is not the kind of food mother nature intended for us...

Okay, enough from me. Very awesome progress, and goodluck getting to your goal. Remember to reward yourself, because you definately deserve it!

Losing weight, unless it's a large amount (or you are seriously overweight and breasts are the first to go when you start losing), it will not help much w/the backpain. Finding a good bra can help a lot, but it definately won't be a sexy one. lol. I underwent reduction surgery 5 years ago. There is almost no scarring, and I feel so much better now. Went from about a DD to a C cup. Most guys think it's crazy... but I feel so much better now. It was the best decision I've made in my life.

Anyway, good luck w/ that. As someone who has been through it herself, I definately encourage you to look into the surgery at least. Problems will only get worse as you get older, and can even cause you to become hunchback. Sports/excersize can get incredibly painful and challenging, which can lead to weightgain, depression, and constant pain. Most older people I know who have had reductions say their only regret is not having it done sooner. It's also nice to know a guy is staring at, or asking out YOU, and not the twins =)

Well I've been watching my carb intake to a point. Mostly I am keeping my sugars way down and eating mostly protein. I take vitamins and some supplements in the morning. I run in the morning before work, which is why I am waking up at 3am . After work I lift some weights and do calistenics (spelling?). It's been tough but well worth it.

Once I reach my goal I am anticipating putting some of the weight back on. I've seen it happen to others. I am just hoping to keep it under control this time.

We'll have to find time to go out golfing when you come in a couple weeks. Prices are way down this time of year. Let me know if you would be up to that and I will book us a time to get a round in

yeah same with me i have been on a "diet" since my car accident i use to go out for fast food all the time(much faster then cooking seeing as how there are plenty of fast food restuarants and i can ns longer) but then my accident and i have eaten less fast food(went from everyday lunch and dinner was mcdonalds or so to one meal maybe every 3weeks) and i was going outside more to play tennis basketball football....so yeah i have had a life style change and i have lost about 30 lbswent from about 200 to a nice 170 and i gained more lean muscle mass. as for the breast problem gelly gl with whatever you decide to do. as a guy i can honestly say that even though most guys will say its crazy they honestly just want you to feel better and will support you in whatever descision you make.

p.s. man thats a long post i havent done one of those in a long long time...feels good

You should consult with JD on that. I hear he has the large man teets. He's always hurting himself when he goes prone on a rock.

GJ BRN. What ever you do, don't lose those nips!
