I made a short little 20 second video highlighting two particular examples of DoDs awful hitbox system, but I have nowhere to host it It's only 4 megs. Anyone wanna donate space?

Awesome. I'd say that the Garand is "more fixed" than it was before, not so much fixed if these kinds of things are still happening.

I think some of those shots can be due to dropped shots by server, I've got a demo where my K98 (of all weapons) shoots nothing four or five times.

I dont think it was a garand thing. I think it's the lower POV that caused it. Most of the maps were designed for a higher POV, so now all of the maps have weird spots where shots bang into model clips instead of going over. I thought the lower POV was a good idea but since it hasn't adressed the whole magic helmet of doom thing and has caused this sort of thing too I think it should be set back.
