Getting Rid of a Hacker or Bug!!!!

well everything short of running virus scan and spyware scan and increasing my security settings

theres nothing I can do to get rid of the program.....

You may have somthing called NetBus on your Comp. Do a search through google, there is a lot of info on this. Here is one of many sites that explain what it is.--> http://www.commodon.com/threat/threat-nb.htm

well I search and searched but couldn't find anything like that in my registry and it appears that I don't have NetBus on my computer so any other ideas

Well my cd-rom problems have seem to have stopped I think I got rid of some suspcious files in my registry and that did the trick.

Once again I'm indebted to the vast knowledge and advice of all you Villians out there thanx again.

and if it was someone on the ville let me just say it was all in good fun and no hard feelings

I think that it was simply the electronics inside the CD-ROM going haywire cause of numerous commands to eject and close the drawer that it just broke.

It finally wore itself out a couple of days ago so I've already gone ahead and purchased somewhat of an upgrade to my CDR/DVD drive

A Samsung 48X24X48X16 CD-R/DVD
