Personally, I can't stand this fad of making movies out of the comic books. I havn't seen any one of them, and I don't play on it either. I'm still waiting for someone to have an original idea that is actually made into a decent movie.

ok the real reason that his powers kept going out wasnt because it was in his mind like the movie makes you think. dont remember the reason with a 100% accuracy but if i remember correctly it was because the gamma radiation that the spider had that bite him (again the movie doesnt show you that) started to dissappear so he had to go to his teacher (conners) for check ups that would keep his powers incheck and later on the flucuations that kept making his powers dissappear on him mutated him into the man-spider. tahts the real reason as far as i can remember it idk what happened to my comics but..yeah...think i either lost them or sold them or gave them to my cousin

. anyways thats the real reason as you can see hollywood made some major changes espically in the villian department and also in how he gets his websling. but that was more a technical problem than artist
