I created this forum on June 17th, 2004 exactly one month after Blue Ruler suddenly passed away.

His passing has been hard on has family and loved ones as well as all his many friends here at The Ville.

I hope that we can share memories, thoughts, and more in this forum as we try to keep the memories of Blue Ruler alive at the Ville.

He was a wonderful person, a good friend to all of us, fair minded and fun loving, I miss him and will continue to do so for many years to come.

Blue is so modest he would be shocked to see what all the ville has done as I am sure he has had from up above.

Hey, I was thinkin blue used some of the strangest and comical sigs, can anyone dig up the ones he has used?
