I think Clinton was a horrible president, he made a laughing stock outta the white house, he sold nuclear secrets to the chinese(which he should have been tried for treason for) He was liar and a very immoral person to be the leader of our nation. He didnothing about terrorism even though the World Trade Center was bombed, and the U.S.S Cole was bombed. Clinton was a likeable guy and thats oen of the only things i am gonna give him credit for, because he was a horrible president and he got the economy handed to him by the efforts of Reagan and Bush.

One word: Spin. If you're a die-hard Republican, Reagan was as good as it gets. If you're a die-hard Democrat, Reagan was a fool. If you live in Canada you probably get the more Democratic/Liberal side of things, so it's no wonder that you thought Reagan was trouble.

I remember the Kennedy memorial. Both have been very moving and thought provoking for their respective times.
