Not sure if I would say that. It is without a doubt the funniest one ever put up here. I just read it again and I am still in tears.
There are a few threads that may rank up towards the top as some of the best ever. "The Off Topic Post" would be one of them, thx Frag. 100 and something pages of useless spam, part of which I contributed too. "Picture of me & my big cock!!" is another classic, thx Roberto. Of course the whole OS shaving his a$$ is another one. Chan already linked that one 
It's tough to make a call as which is the best. They are all classics
