This POTM award is a special one. Instead of just a "Player of the Month Award," it is called "The 'Ville Honorable Player Award."

The first winner of The 'Ville Honorable Player Award is:
Blue Ruler

The Ville's reaction to the loss of Blue Ruler is the most obvious proof of his quality, because to effect an online community to this extent demonstrates the high regard we all held for him.

Every day I see a Blue Ruler shaped hole in the Ville, although my memory of him goes some way towards filling it.

His equal will not be seen here again, but my sadness at his loss is tempered by my affection for his memory.

Blue Ruler is not only my Player of the Month, I would like to recommend that he be placed permanently on this list for life-time achievement.

I agree. Very nice idea... that would be a great tribute to Blue. And I definately agree that no one is more deserving than Blue Ruler. DoD isn't the same without him. My blessings go out to him and his family/friends.
