Well you have geocities where you can make a small web site, no forums though, because this would take up a lot of space, idk a lot about this kind of stuff, but the chances of finding a free site making page with forums isn't too likely...you can use geocities and have info on there and stuff about your clan/whatever you want....you may want to look into Angelfire too, i haven't messed with them, but who knows...
OR
you could become a member of TheVille and have 50mb or 100mb of web space which you can have forums and a lot of other things...
i hope some of this helps. Someone else may have better info, but GL anyways. _________________

wat we did was use www.freewebs.com and then made our site. after the site was made, we needed a forum. so i looked for free forums and found www.proboards.com. that is real easy to make a good site and have a good forums. but we just recruited a website maker so freewebs is goin bye bye. if you want to check out our site and forums, go here www.freewebs.com/team-xm. peace out peeps _________________ Mad Masher -x|M-XRayCat{GC} (59 kills with the Potato Masher)

If you shop around you can get far cheaper web hosting with more space and features to go with it. I just punched in cheap web hosting with google and found an interesting site that let's you search for web hosts.
http://www.findmyhosting.com/searchresults.asp?page=1&op=0&sid=654899
Many of the offered plans contain a cpanel, which is useful for people that want a gui interface. I'm not so sure if they have "site builders", but those usually don't look to professional. You can always get a free/cheap template to use instead. _________________

I'm sure some of them have alternative methods of payment. Like mailed cash or cheque. _________________

Paypal will also debit a checking account. No credit card required. Make sure that checking account is ONLY used to cover your online billing. Don't use it for your other personal finances or you run the risk of being scammed. _________________ ********* *********

Here's Something To Ponder...
This May Be Totally Against The Rules But, Can A Ville Supporter Who Is Using About None Of His Webspace Let Someone Access A Portion Of It For His Use? Just A Thought.... _________________ ********* *********
