Alright here's the deal. Either post on this forum that you would like to be a part of this, or email me @ tmax500@yahoo.com, or PM me on here. I will talk to Stevo about it, but what I am probably going to do is have a probation period of 2 weeks that you need to be active in The Ville forums and games (exceptions can be made if you make arrangements). After that Stevo, Turbo, and I will get together and vote on who we think should be in. Everyone could get voted in, or not. The rules will be that of the same as the TVR. You'll just have to wait until some of the TVB guys join TVR. There aren't enough TVR guys who are active to start a chapter of it.

exactly, It's a chapter of TVR. So if you are part of this my guessing is they are part of TVR also. (Not sure would have to talk to Stevo on it) But again you do not have to be in TVR to join...this is for EVERYONE #Beer

Here's the way it works:

The chapters are groups of players that run as their own guild or clan. The group as a whole is part of TVR, but that doesn't mean all the individual members are TVR. Some of them are in the chapter and TVR, but anyone who wasn't in TVR to start with is not, but they are in the chapter. Does that make sense?

So are you saying that a member is not in TVR but is in chapter after they are not in the chapter but become a member of TVR. Would that make them a chapter member or a member of chapter which was TVR

I'll change it a little bit:

They are all in TVR, but the chapter operates as a separate group. It will be like the USV chapters.
