No its just bad apples with management covering their precious behinds. There are plenty of good cops out there, but like any other group of people. You have complete and utterly stupid morans among them. The worse part is the Portland PD is not taking action against the cops or changing any policies on how to deal with little old blind ladies. If this was my mother or grandmother. I wouldn't settle for $145,000. I would be lord and dictator of Portland, OR. But on second thought I would probably be doing people there a favor. |
