we're not exactly strinct on the language thing, but our server will not be underadminned, more like hugely overadminned. Anything light will make us furious and rage against that person. we wont just kick / ban, we'll bind ` to "quit" and everything else to "kill", and we're jsut getting started.
FF will be on but i can assure you, after youve been slapped for 10 minutes straight youll never tk again

actually you will just get people calling you noob admins and wont come back to your server. |

| Just remember that players won't come back if they get crapped on. I wouldn't have ever come back to the Ville if the admins were assholes. |

Just remember what he said. Lots of servers sit empty for that very reason.

Sounds like an abuse of power  . You'd be surprised how fast word will spread about something like that too. Not a good thing if you actually want to have traffic on your server.

Yes you have to be careful how far you go as an admin. Usually there should be clearly posted rules. They should include ALL the basic rules. And you also should put up warning messages before you do anything. That stops 80% of rule breakers right there. After they have received one or two warnings, kick them. Don't do any crazy stuff like binding keys and stuff.
You could also slap or slay and stuff like that when you think it is necessary. When all this fails, do a ban. If the subject did something that is clearly not allowed even after warning, a permanent ban is good. For those lesser people, do a temporary ban. Usually kicking stops 95% of the rule-breakers.
These are the guide-lines I use when admining a server. Other people may have slightly different methods, but power should be limited to a certain level in order to have a successful server. As you can see, TheVille servers are highly successful, so I suggest you listen to them.
