If 8 and 12 year olds don't know swear words by then there is something wrong. I used to swear constantly in elementary school. I've gotten a little better since then. |

I didn't really know any cuss words until I was almost finished with 5th grade, and they weren't even really bad. They were the stupid words too, like suck and damn. I don't know about you, but I certainly wouldn't want any child I have to be hearing cuss words in elementary school....

I was always a quick learner. I knew plenty of swear words in elementary school. I may have said kiss my arse a few times too, its hard to remember. I know I never said lick my arse until I was in Junior high though. Elementary kids learning swear words is no biggie if they eventually learn its not a proper thing to do. Yet that is much harder to do. I'm still trying to deprogram myself of swearing casually. That's what I'm in college for I guess.  |
