Hold it a second. When did they have b&w TV??? That is one of the silliest thigns I ever heard of. The world is in color, and they show it in B&W?? wierd. |
Reminds me of a cartoon about 2 hunter dogs chasing a duckling - it went black and white, so they stopped and backtracked, and it turned out they had reached the "end of technicolor" line.
I can't put a name to it, so I won't be able to see it again |

One of my favorite old time cartoons was the original Michigan the Singing Frog cartoon where the construction worker finds the frog that will only sing when he's alone with it. Its a classic, but then the WB had to go and ruin my nostalgia by making him their mascot and him becoming all trendy. Dang... I HATE trendy!
Oh and Roof, "Speed Racer sucked"? I think them there are fightin' words, Big Boy. Gonna have to prowl the TFC servers lookin to give you a visit.
Actually, it was awful in a lot of ways, but very cool in others. Some of the awful stuff was so bad, it made it funny. Inspector Detector, Pops Racer... etc. too dumb to take seriously. |

But since we're talking old age, I still remember watching Lost in Space
episodes in black and white when I was a kid. And I'm not talking reruns here. That wasn't a cartoon though. So I guess that means I'm not that old. FD | Eyebrows at least! ROFL!
As far as LIS, I really appreciated the way the writers gave the Robot a much sharper wit in the 2nd & 3rd seasons when dealing with Dr. Smith.
