If anyone wants to try, there is a Contest running on the NS forums . I've been 'chosen' as a judge, and as well i'm offering a prize.
The current prizes are:
A Constellation account(1)
...OR
A NS Mousepad (choice of)(1)
...AND
winner has the RR added to another map in progress as well as a server will run a map of their choice over a weekend (in the rotation).
Signups end 4/23
Submissions end 4/30

I know Blackhawk created a Natural Selection map.
Other than that, I don't know of another NS mapper here.
