Here's my theory:
He saw the quote and thought hey that's weird. Then he thought of a dinosour and it was dancing in an armored car with BRN. Then they ran over Jfet and the dinosour god really sad. It was funny because he thought of a dinosour covering it up by posting for him in the forum, and the thought of a dancing dinosour using a computer was funny.
Maybe I'm wrong, but that's the best I could come up with.
