Well the main reason I was asking was I was thinking of using Napster. I know with Napster you gotta pay but it is legal. I have kazaa lite but the quality doesn't seem to be there or availability either. Most have been scared off by the RIAA. _________________

The only ones who started to say it's illegal are the RIAA themselves and certain artists. It is still well within the shared usage, it's just like making mix tapes and giving them to friends, who give them to friends, who give them to friends....And what about recording off the radio? They'd like you to beleive that is illagally getting music as well.
It's all a big word war and the RIAA is trying to make power plays and label it all illegal.
Most have not been scared off by the RIAA, I read music downloading has increased 17% since the beginning of this year when they did the study in February, and it shows no hint of decline..
Not to mention the RIAA lie and say music sales are hurting, but what was found out is they are really cooking the books and claming low sales when sales are at a record all time high, but they'd rather just keep you all beleiving that You are downloading music illegally, and you are hurting them and the music industry as a whole when you do.
Another case of Propaganda. _________________ World of Warcraft:

jfet, if you are talking about the scrambling of songs around 20 sec in. It is not the RIAA or MPAA its actualy the recording industry, they found a way to split songs around on a disk, so all the noobs that dont know how to get past this stage make shitty mp3's that screw up. Then they put it in there kazaa folder and the hole world dl's a crap song.
For getting things like this XNews (newsgroups) Kazaa Lite (which i try to avoid at all costs) and mIRC. these are what ive found to be the best. _________________
