I would find out the company that she works for and play it for them and the FCC (or whoever monitors the telephone solicitations from companies)

just wait till the lady calls back. tell her to talk to her supervisor if she wants to collect payment. tell him the story and playback the tape for him. chances are she will be fired faster than you can say "buhbye" and if she keeps calling you afterwards (because as she said she will continue to harass you) just call the cops. they can get it taken care of. happened to my friend once...he did that and the calls stopped.

Next time she calls ask her out... tell her you love forcefull women...ask her to put on some leather and....after she gets you all tied up and ready...dont let out a peep as she trys to get you to scream...it will drive her crazy...ahh revenge is sweet.
