Like I care. The more you get me the more satisfaction I get out of killing you once. |

What about putting some sort of mark in the middle of the screen when you have the sniper rifle not scoped? Is that possible, and would it be frowned upon? The only suggestion I have heard for it is a physical dot on my screen with a pen.... not gonna happen. Maybe some small post-it stick on dot, but then I don't play sniper much anyway, I just want to know how to survive unscoped when I get sniper playing random.

I've put a mark in the middle of my screen before. The shot for unscoped springfield and enfield are not accurate at all. Anything further than 10 meters you are probably going to miss if you do this. I can only assume this though, because i tried shooting a few clips at close range at the same spot and it was scattered a bit. |

It is generally frowned upon, and it's unfortunately named "tape hacking" - considering that the people who coined the name haven't heard of a dry erase marker.
But Jfet's right, any scoped rifle isn't accurate past ten meters, you're better off learning where the middle of the screen is in relevence to where the tip of your gun is. In Goldeneye I used to use one. Goldeneye 007 Hax0r I was. |

you could also change the origion of the gun so that the tip is in the middle...there are some guns out there like that...but I keep mine origional...if I can't hit them I deserve to die :p |
