This may fix your problem. If im understanding the issue I had something similar awile back.
in internet explorer browser..
go to tools
internet options
then go to the advanced tab
under browsing.. make sure there is a checkmark next to the box that reads
Disable script debugging. |

what site do you get this error on? sometimes i get errors with pages that have popups, and my blocker kills them, so it cant find the window. |

every single hyperlink you follow? or only ones when you click on it from your email client. if its the second...it may be security settings because links via email are to be trusted less, i guess. |

what email client do you use. outlook? outlook express? that one that comes with netscape? something else? also what version.
try this... if you create a shortcut to a webpage and put it on your desktop. close your browser then double click the link. do you get this error also? i am trying to determine if it is the mail client or the browser when it gets an external link. |

hmmm. my first guess is still a popup blocker problem. do you use one? if so turn it off. the newest norton antivirus suite or whatever its called includes one.... as do many of the anti-spyware programs. make sure they are off and try it. let me know results.
oh yeah. and what version of windows are you running?
edit: nevermind i can tell from your original picture. |

All links in the forums open in a new window. Popups might be blocked in some of your security setting. Do you ever get popups on the internet? _________________
