This is the best time of year for sports. The Stanley Cup playoffs are here! Also hope springs eternal for the Cubs, White Sox, Red Sox and Indians. Here's to anyone but the Yankees this year! _________________ Yes, I'm still around

Amen to that too!!!
Even though I don't want the Yankies to win, I have come to the conclusion they will again this season just look at their roster......
And as for hockey, thanks to stupid management the capitals are not in the playoffs _________________

I'd rather go to the opera than watch either of those two sports. |

Hockey is a great sport to watch, definatly one of my favorites!
Baseball on the otherhand is for betting on, then checking the boxscores the next day to see if you won. It can also be used to help insomniacs get off to sleep!
/me is seriously considering sending Frag some money to put on the U/O at Wrigley and Coors!!! _________________ If you are reading this, thank a teacher. If you are reading this in english, thank a veteran!

well think of it this way.... they release the schedule in less than 2 weeks, the draft is in less than a month and well its spring so that means spring trainging and mini camps. plus free agency started liek a month ago but its almsot time to start trading all those restricted free agents. and if you are really drained and sick of checking back and forth between nfl.com espn.com sportsline.com and yourteamsname.com then get the nfl network on dish or cable. as far as i know ( i don't ahve it ) they are currently palying all the european football leagues games or at least as many as they can, and palying classic games too.
ahhhhhhhhhhh football. preseason is only 4 months away. _________________ |

I dont mind that, or watching drag racing. Pretty cool when you know the inside stuff on what it takes to make a Nitro burning fuel car actually do what it does. |
