Thanks for all the comments. If you have ringing now just wait till you hear the new one I am working on. Its working name is actually Ctiy17headtrip, its about 50% done. I will post it when its ready.

As far as the plug-in, its in Admin_mod, nothing special just point it to the file name you are using, compile it and put it on your server.

If you would like more detailed instructions check admin_mod its in there, or PM Blown65 he has been handling that end of it for me.

We are getting to change over to the new one I just posted on City 17, I have been just waiting to see if they are going to release the ability to keep it in mp3 format instead of rendering it down to 8bit mono..

I know it's adminmod. I just don't know how to do the coding. Blown said he didn't have the file anymore.

Edit: I was able to find a code that does this. I put it in a zip for anyone to download. It calls misc/ville_welcome.wav so if you know how to compile sma files then you can change it. Download.
