BERLIN (Reuters) - A German man has gone on trial accused of decapitating his mother with a Samurai sword.
Prosecutors say the 22-year-old, identified only as Axel T., beheaded his mother last June after his parents wanted to move him out of the family home in Munich, a court spokesman said on Tuesday.
The man, who has a history of drug problems, ran into the kitchen where his mother was reading a newspaper and cut off her head with the 45- centimeter blade, the spokesman said.
"Then he wanted to kill his father who was in another room."
But the son called the police instead and blamed his father for the crime.
The trial started on Monday. _________________ You dont know who I am but you will instantly fall in love with my voice, chances are I will be the best thing you have heard your whole life, I am the voice of the angels.

ATLANTA - Genital piercings for women were banned by the Georgia House Wednesday as lawmakers considered a bill outlining punishments for female genital mutilation.
The bill would make such mutilation punishable by two to 20 years in prison. It makes no exception for people who give consent to have the procedure performed on their daughters out of religious or cultural custom.
An amendment adopted without objection added "piercing" to the list of things that may not be done to female genitals. Even adult women would not be allowed to get the procedure. The bill eventually passed 160-0, with no debate.
Amendment sponsor Rep. Bill Heath, R-Bremen, was slack-jawed when told after the vote that some adults seek the piercings.
"What? I've never seen such a thing," Heath said. "I, uh, I wouldn't approve of anyone doing it. I don't think that's an appropriate thing to be doing."
The ban applies only to women, not men. The bill has already been approved by the Senate but now must return to that chamber because of the piercing amendment. Both chambers of the Legislature must agree on a single version of a bill before it can go to the governor for final approval. _________________ You dont know who I am but you will instantly fall in love with my voice, chances are I will be the best thing you have heard your whole life, I am the voice of the angels.

Banning FGM I can understand, but the piercing part(I don't agree with doing such things to your junk, but...) is most likely the typical uninformed Politician making a chioce for you. |

In other news. Legal Defense Against Violence wants Lawmakers to have all Marines' pinkies cut off. Since most claim that they can kill with their little finger. Spokeswoman Linda Bleedingheart said "It would benefit society as a whole and think of the children". Ms. Bleedingheart then deflected any questions regarding her concealed carry weapon license and the Glock 19 she carries with her. Ms. Bleedingheart would only comment that there has been threats against her life and felt she had perfectly good reasons to protect herself unlike all those little peasants down there. /sarcasm
I don't know if ya'll had seen it in the news, but the Aussie's are banning swords due to the increase in violence with swords. I guess it escaped the Politicians over there. That these criminals are using the swords since they cannot use guns. Next I guess it will be forks, with Government issueing one Spork for each citzen. Then when those are used in crimes the Aussies will be attached to feeding tubes. But then when somebody figures out how to strangle a person with a feeding tube................ |
