My user name on the complaint dept. requires an activation e-mail, but either i never got one, or it was deleted somehow awhile back, but, when i clicked on the lost your password link, and did the whole form thing when i click on the log in ting again it says I need to activate it still. Any possible way to like either delete my account so i can create a new one (same name) or to just activate my account?
