Lately there has been a problem with team stacking. Team stacking is defined as two things.

ONE: The most obvious is when teams are not balanced number wise. Too often the teams can be 14 to 10 and people are saying even the teams. The problem is it's usually people on the 14 side saying even the teams. Instead of telling someone to switch and even them you should be switching. The admins have discussed this and anyone seen doing this will be forced to the other team. If I see anyone switching back because they don't want to be on the other team I will give them a swift boot from the server to make room for someone else.

TWO: The most insidious is when teams are not balanced skill wise. We all want to play with our friends and try to team with them as much as possible. The problem is when 3 or 4 people play together consistently and dominate map after map. This ruins the gameplay for most people even if they are on the team that is dominating. Anyone seen playing with the same people map after map will be forced onto the opposite team. Anyone changing teams to play with their friends when it will obviously unbalance the teams skill wise will be given a quick boot from the server.

In case you can't tell this is an issue the admins are taking very seriously.

Indeed, I think the admins have every right to take action when games are chronically unbalanced.

What totally irks me is when - say Axis wins - suddenly you see someone from the Allies switch over to Axis. :\ I mean... what?! Why? Is one team dominating fun? Especially if that person made the teams 14 vs 12 (on a 26 player server) that's just inexcusable.

I always choose "assign team" when entering a server. I enjoy playing with somebody as much as fragging him .

I will do my best to keep the teams fair and balanced but I would like to say my share on this matter. In my honorable opinion, persons that switch teams because their current team is losing should, just like those persons that don't even teams when asked to, GET THE BOOT!

I agree that the teams should be even number wise and pretty even skill wise. A lot of times it will be like 12 v 11 and then someone on the 11 team leaves making it 12 v 10 and people get thier panties in a bundle right away and say even the teams. I don't mind being on either side of an unfair skilled game once and awhile. Lately it has gotten bad where one team dominates every single map and that is not good. I don't think admins should go out of their way to split up teams if it happens once, but if it happens on the next map then you should make it more fair.

sometimes it happens, and sometimes it doesn't. It is up to the admins to decide, or if none are present, most respectable players know what to do. Sometimes even if the teams are even, one player that builds a strategy for the team can make a big difference. All in all, if you have a mic it can make a big difference for a team.

PEACE

The past 2 nights I have seen a drastic improvement in gameplay. Scores have been pretty even and some hard battles going on. I hope this keeps up.

Yeah I noticed that, too. Ever since I got a good mic, I've been doing way better. A lot of times I'm at the top of the list because I'm the only one telling people what to do.
