One Problem. It says my cd is in use...i unistalled TFC..and when i try to reinstall is says it been use..how can i fix this?

Are you using the same account name and password that you initially used to install steam? With the new system on steam once you type in a username and password, that CD-Key is forever used for that account and only that account.
