Hey guys, this is my first post on the forums. I've been playing for about a month now, and find Kapusta (aka Monsta Wabbit) is one of the most even-headed and mature (even if his voice makes him sound 12) regulars who isn't an admin.
I keep my college-student hours, and acknowledge that as odd as they are I'm likely to be on when admins aren't, and sometimes see Kap then, so I figure he might be a good addition. So, Kapusta for ADMIN!

Anyways, being as I'm NOT even-headed, I also want to include in this post a blanket apology to everyone I accused of hacking when I was a no0b. (That apology even includes the Sajaks.) Having now experienced some pretty decent runs myself, I understand how it's possible to be dominated like I was then, and I don't hold it against any of you--unless you hold my uncanny no-scopes or pistol work against me;)!
Be seeing more of you guys (either as a comrade in arms, or from afar with a bullet headed your way you Nazi scum) in a few days, when I'm back at school from home. Until then I'll be suffering through withdrawl and lurking on the forums.

| we have plenty of admins now. even if we didnt, there are many other people who are ahead in line for adminship. nothing against kaputsta, just that there are many people who have been around longer that would get it first. |

Thanks! I'm really enjoying the game and the community. Told Kap I'd post for him ... probably should have started w/ something a little less controversial, LOL. Oh well, I had to do something, I'm only 2k-13d against him, thought maybe this would make him nice to me.
Lousy internet connection at home... can't even begin to play. Back to school Friday night... 62 hours...

I remember him being banned once for spawn camping. But since then he has played by the rules of the ville just as well as any admin. But there are plenty of admin's on the servers already. |

Being noob sucks. Everyone sucks as a noob, that's just how it is.
I started playing last April (... which makes me a uber noob since v1.0 was the first DoD I played). I didn't make it to 1.0 K : D until about August. Right when I thought I cleared the tall, toxic fence that is noobitity, I was far from it. I think only since around Feburary I can consider myself a non-noob.. although some decisions I make in game I say to myself "OMFG I'm such a noob". :\
My advice to anyone in the noob phase: ditch that damn sniper rifle, DO NOT PRESS Z and pick up something heavy. Learning how to be effectively mobile and to control recoil (when moving, standing and crouched) are the two most important skills. You'll be 2.0 K : D in no time with autos (or get your money back) |
