going to a graphic design school i've got some friends... one of which does sites for a lot of the teachers too, lol

I am impressed. I especially enjoyed the "about us" section. It gives a person a more personal feeling about who they will have doing the work giving a feeling of trust IMHO.
Everything seems to be layed out very well. The whole site is very informative and to the point. Very nice job.
The only complaint I do have though is in the links section there isn't one for theVille. Are you ashamed of us??  jk

at what point does the free consult end and the "paid" part begin. You dont want to do to much work before getting a commitment.

I think if you delete the part in bold and start with (When) it reads better. Your point is made in the 3 regrets...as is it starts out negatively. better positive note...
