Just a clarification for everyone. .
The sign up sheet just didn't work out.
If you would like to start a Ville Event, send an email to: events@theville.org An admin will add your event to The Ville calender located here: http://www.theville.org/calendar/ This calender is located under the Misc tab in the top menu.
For sign up, go ahead and start a post as you always have and have people reply to it. Try and place TFC stuff in the TFC forum, DOD in the DOD forum and so on. A forum moderator can then make the post a "sticky" so it stands out in the forum. That will make things easier on everyone.
Before planning any events, check the calender to make sure there are no events already taking place in that time frame. That's what the calender is for and it's awesome for that! Thank you Rob!
Ville events are an awesome part of The Ville community. Thanks to all of you who put the time in to organize these things.
Sorry for any confusion. It's all about making things more organized.
