What's everyone's opinion on dod_flash?

thanks p0rn now i know what u guys are talking about i still like flash but the brits could use some more weaps...thats the only downside other than that i still like it i like all the maps except that stupid stupid forest map

I'm not that fond of the linear maps, but flash isn't that horrible. Its all low level, so there isn't anywhere you can hide that can't be naded. Also, the people I see camping on that map routinely camp the same silly windows. After a few runs you just nade/shoot spam the window and you get an easy kill or two. Also, why are the brit weapons inferior? Enfield seems pretty damn accurate to me...like a k98 with 10 rounds. I usually steal 'em if I can. Sten is just as good as thompson, bren is like a BAR with a bit more ammo.

I love Flash! But then again, I'm usually a sniper (#1 Scoped Kar kills!!), but that doesn't mean much, since I'm usually the one to cap all the flags when I'm playing on the map. Most people who snipe on these snipe-fest maps usually aren't very good at it, never move, don't cap, etc... Which is more of the problem than the map. Well, time to eat some food, bye!

i think flash is a lot more balanced than caen or charlie, because even if there are 5 snipers on one team, they usually are in the windows, and its fairly easy to get rid of them. i dont really see too many uneven games on flash, but everytime i play caen its like a damn snipe off, you cant set foot in the plaza without being shot by 12 snipers, i hate that so bad. that map breeds stat-h00rs IMO.

n0g0d, i can deff see that happening....but when ever i see a dominating axis i usually go allies in an attempt to even it out, and usually it works. ( not saying im a great player, but sometimes a teamplayer can help a whole team turn the tide.)

I agree that flash is one of the most balanced maps in the game. Games are always different unlike maps where the axis are always farther than the allies and the other way around.
