| Um, heavy turbolasers and heavy ion cannons would put the hurt on shields and hulls. I probably forgot to mention that victory class destroyers have a crap load of torpedo tubes as well... |

I guess you are forgeting about the Borg cube, Which is uber huge, and assimilates everything in its path. Star Wars would not even have a chance. RESISTANCE IS FUTILE!

If you really want to know who would with out a doubt win it for star trek, just look to Q and the rest of the Q-Continunum (sp?)

bah but they hack i mean there is no way around it they are the biggest hackers i have ever seen...btw if i remember there was a race that was even more advanced then the Q...i know that the Q were powerful but they werent the most powerful...ahahahaha...I AM 
and as for the borg they cant destroy entire planets so if a war was really out between the trek and teh wars the wars would win based on there tech...but if the borg got even one scientist then it would be all shizzle my nizzle in the black hole of a post super nova red giant star.....try that one on for size u trek geeks

unfortunately Q = restricted action. They arent really allowed to use their power to interfere in the affairs of mere mortals.
And as for the borg, they have their weaknesses as well. Otherwise they would have taken over the whole ST universe. If we are going to go and change the rules and say that each side can steal each others tech then the new republic would just have to steal quantum torpedo tech and time travel tech and go back and destroy the borg before they become powerful. So there! 
In a fight where each side just had its own tech then SW would pwn ST. |
