plugins? (the ville VI)

hello.
i am searching for a mod similar to the ville vi with the voting stuff for underwater, scout speed, regeneration, faster HW guys, etc. do u noe the name of the mod? i tried searching over the internet but can't find the mod.

wow....when i searched for TechTFC, there are results of TechTV instead. When i searched for Tech Team Fortress Plugin, there are results of technical support related stuff, but can't find the techTFC or whatever you were talking about.
however, if u do noe the site, i would gladly appreciate it.
i'll keep searching tho.

Did you try searching for TFCtech?? It may have been worded wrong. I have no idea so take it as you may. I do know the mod is tech though.
