Ktulu. . (Cthulhu) -kuh-thul-who-
Hunter of the shadows.
Demon of the sea.
Great old one of forbidden sight.
H.P. Lovecraft novel character.
A rather nasty looking creature. A skull with tentacles like a squid.

You got it KRG, but as you can see I spell it different than Lovecraft, I got it from 2 Metallica tunez:
1.)The Call of Ktulu (intrumental with Dave Mustang from Megadeth)
2.)The Thing That Should Not Be:
Not dead which eternal lie
With stranger eons even Death may die
Drain you of your sanity
Face The Thing That Should Not Be
You know what's funny is when I play outside of theville (yes I have another lover) people ask me if i'm from Africa.
The book is excellent and a must read for sci-fi buffs.
Idle Virgins Come To Me
Face The Thing That Helps Me Pee.

Ktulu,
I manage a haunted house in Austin Texas and we have done a Cthulhu scene. We made him out of "Great Stuff", foam, wire, and mad amounts of duct tape! Oh he was glorious! He was about 6 feet tall perched on a wall! Scared the living bejebus outta people! My old bass player was REALLY into H.P. Lovecraft thats' where I heard about him.

From reading most of the Magic: the Gathering books Kjeldorian is actually pronounced "Kell-jorian" I think it was in the book from Ice Age - Alliance. |

Well, I wasn't into it enough to actually read the books. I was putting my old collection on e-bay one day when I saw the name. I think we can all just pronounce it KRG. That works for me. I should have just named myself Joe Shmo! LOL

Well, I can not seem to locate the pic of our duct tape Cthulhu. We did it about four years ago and I have had several HD crashes in that time. If I come across it, I'll send it to ya. Here is a link to some other goodies I have helped create!

The new picks from last season will be up soon, these pics are from the last couple seasons. I will have to get you a pic of our horse Thermopoly. My friend and I "found" and old horse skeleton on some old man's ranch. We put it back together with wire and hung him from the ceiling in the haunted house! Pure evil.

The store "The Nightmare Factory" is the kind of place I would hang out in all day.
GIANT 7 FOOT GUILLOTINE - $695.00
LESTER LAKE GUILLOTINE - $2025.00 (wow!!)
THE BUZZ SAW ILLUSION - $22.00 (this trick rules)
PACKING BOX ESCAPE - $825.00 (I built one of these, the official name is "the metamorphosis")
Violent, scary magic is so entertaining

Yeah I have been "working" there for eight years now. I say work but it's not really work. I just love creating creatures and scenes and watching them scare the bejebus outta people! Lucy is an exceptional peice. We purchased her as is and I added some liquid latex and taxidermy eyeballs to spice her up. Even up close you would swear she is real!
Check this girl out!
She is the queen alien made by H.R. Giger for the movie Aliens. 16 feet tall $21,500.00! It's made from the actual movie mold! I have stood next to it and it is truly an amazing peice of art. |
