Just want to warn some server owners out there. There is a spec flood bug (well that's what I call it anyways). What happens is someone changes their name and the server gets flooded with spec options. This causes people to have hl crashes. AS far as I can tell it doesn't harm anything, just crashes client side games. If anyone uses it during a match, it is an automatic forfeit for the offending clan. _________________ <eVa>Simpleman-V$=<RIP> |

It may be time to disable spec mode again. _________________

It doesn't matter if spec is enabled or not. It has to do with the name the person uses. If this is the same bug as I have seen before, if you type in a specific name, it will display some of the spec mode commands in place of your name for example you have your name as xxx(whatever the buggy name is) it would display your kills as yyy(some spec command) killed Player(or whoever they killed). _________________ I need to make a sig, but I don't have the time. Maybe I will eventually. |

Yeah. I think it's #spectator_menu or something like that. _________________
