Its all that damned Texas Barbeque down there KRG thats doing it! Not to mention that its too friggin hot to go jogging!
I dont think you have much to worry about though, at 145 your all skin and bones, you would hardly even be considered as edible by the tubbies, now the buzzards in the desert, well thats a different story.

Holy Cow!!!! your a rail. I'm at 235. Mostly muscle, bone and other matter. Just got to work of the ole spare tire though. No JD its not the heat(thats when all the girls wear them spiffy SPORT BRAS when they go out jogging) its the cold 60 degree weather (read:all the holiday food) that gets you.  |

150 and 6'1" here, and still growing (taller that is)
Theres a lot of fat kids at my school though. They're pretty nasty looking

I was 6'2" and 150 in high school. Then I got married. It was all down hill from there. I am about 220 now. I really have to get back in shape.

I'm 6 foot 3 in. or so and weigh about 180-190. I'm not fat though, and a lot of people don't believe me weight. I think it has a lot to do with height, and I have muscular legs. I dunno.
Right now it's actually perfect jogging season. I actually haven't worn jeans once this winter. I've worn sports pants a few times though when the wind is bad. But mainly, SHORTS ALL YEAR ROUND BABY!
