New Server?

Is there a new Ville Server called TheVille.org:Land of Learning with an ip address of 64.49.204.92:27025? I found it when I updated the lists of all the servers. Holds up to 16 players, but when I saw no one was in it.

Yeah, it's my server for people who want to practice with no stats. I'm still getting a few bugs out of it but if people are in there go ahead and practice your brains out.

This server is not a Ville server.. Mr. Snaywhatever decided he would take it upon himself and give it a TheVille.org name, why? I don't know.

I changed the name. I thought I would help the ville along and give a practice server for people looking for help. You've made it brutaly clear with private messages you dont want to have anything to do with it, so I have changed the name. Well I'm glad I've been branded a total trouble maker, even when I'm giving away my own stuff. Looks like I wont be able to escape my rep, so what should I do now Rob? Live up to it?

Snay I don't know what the pm's said but when you use someones name its customery to get permission first.

Snay, Rob is pretty protective of all that he has built here at the Ville and I think you can understand why he might get upset with someone who uses the ville.org name without permission.

I would suggest that you do a post in the general forums with the servers new name and ip address and tell us about the server, your concepts of what sort of play you wish to see there, the maps, the hours of operation, etc.

Yeah Snay most do not take kindly to that. That's like linking a pic from Sierra Online to your site! Non regulars who see a "Ville" name would prolly think it was a Ville server. In light of recent events I doubt your quite ready to represent theville name! Teehee
