I would chose to interrogate him on many topics, such as his weapons of mass distruction program, and IF he survives the interrogation have him exiled to an island under gaurd and no communication with the outside world. I don't think that it is ever a good idea to just execute a faction leader, it sometimes does crazy things to thier followers.

THey kept with it and finally theyve taken down a big player! Hopefully this will help settle down teh regon and help the Iraqi people trust coalition forces and the rebuilding effort more.

Why didn't they already kill him? They should have made sure it was him then bam and said he was killed in an air raid or something. Now like shockwave said hes going to be a wait whats that word...dang...starts with an m...help me out here

No that's the wrong way to do it. You have to have a trial. A trial will expose to the world all the atrocities he's commited while the ruler of Iraq. That's a VERY important thing, especially since there were countries that were nonbelievers that he was doing anything wrong.

There are rules to be followed.
If they are not, then all of this will be for not.
I think execution would be too good for him. I think being stuck in a concrete hole with no importance to speak of was just desserts for him. I would like to see him imprisoned for the rest of his life.
If you kill him, you make him a martyr. If we hold him accountable for his crimes and keep him in prison, the impact will be much more potent.
IMHO.

after the trial they should chain him up to a wall. then everyday at every meal a small piece of his flesh will be cut off. he will then be forced to eat it. this way he will literally slowly eat himself to death.

After their done questioning him I say they bring him back to the US so he can run for the leadership of the democrats.....They need some fresh blood if they think they are going to stand a chance in the next election.....

I say let the Iraqi's put him on trial after we interrogate him. That would be vindication to them, and he then wouldn't be a martyr, as he would most definately be dead.

I'm so glad he just came wimpering out of his hole like a rat that he is.
If he fought to the end his followers would follow his example.
But no, he crawled out of his hole wanting to live and not caring to "stand up" for what he's covinced his followers to do.
Just like a coward he crawls out, and thats just what he is, now it's in front of the world.
What a great job our US forces have done thoughout the whole mess.
Its not over and our Forces will still be there protecting our freedom.
