$275,000 co-op in the city? Why don't you move down to Williamsburg (mah neck of teh woods)? Condos for about $500,000 & up. It's about 5 mins by car from the city. Plus a MUCH better view.
BTW monthly rent cost for apts (on average) - $1,500+ _________________ Don't take life too seriously, no one makes it out alive. |

In South Carolina for a 2000 sq foot house you only pay about 175,000.  |

| 5acre wooded lot with 2500sq house w/ pool is goin for bout $250,000 you can get land relativly cheap around here in the sticks for bout 5k a acre by the appolo beach area eletricty is .07 a kilowat thought theres a powerplant on the coast bout 30miles away but i cant see it from here.... Florida has one of the lowest housin cost. of all the states. The tourism pays for our state revenue tax. |
