I've noticed as of late that regardless of what forum I venture into there is an ongoing plot to "kILL BLUE" 
I would just like to point out to anyone and everyone that will listen that ville rule number 10 strictly forbids this 
Also please note that rule number 11 is in full affect.

8. Anyone found running hacked mods, proxy bots, or any kind of 'helper' paks, or addons, are considered cheaters and will be kicked and banned immediately. You will also be reported to server admins globally for possible banning from many other servers. SO JUST DON'T DO IT!
9. Not adhering to the rules described above because you do not agree with them is NOT an excuse! As we live in a free society, we have the right to make the rules, and you have the right to play somewhere else.
10. Do not kill Blue.
11. Kill ROOFCUTTER as offen as possible. |

Hi Blue, I wish to apologise for all the times that I have killed you, I was aware of rule 10 but during the heat of battle I seldom had time to consider it.
I also wish to apologise for all the times in the future that I will kill you and again violate rule 10. Its just something in my nature I guess, I like to kill people from the west coast.
I do have a suggestion that might help you out and allow more people to obey rule 10. How about you start a new Ville server dedicated to MS Hearts? Chances of you getting killed in that game are way lower than on any of the Ville TFC, DOD, NS or TS servers.

rule 1...well im an asshole 24/7. ask any of my friends
rule 5...does that count for USV too? i was playing with 4 other USV members on my team
rule 6...does shockwave being a sniper wh0re count?
rule 7...me have respect?? see rule 1
rule 8...well, we all know BRN hax
i just typed this up in a few seconds and i find people breaking the rules all the time  so it seems that its ok that people break rule 10 all the time. who agrees with me. let me hear an AMEN. let me hear a HALLELUJAH!!!

I was going to say something along these lines:

but then I thought this might violate rule #1, so I changed it to:

but then I thought that one would violate rule #1 again, so then I came up with this:
Don't worry, even though your actions have precluded a quiet peaceful life filled with items like gainful employment, prosperity, and happiness, it is through no fault of you own that individuals who have no regard for the tenets of The Ville (As laid down in The Ville Manual), wish you a low k/d ratio by means of causing your untimely, though sometimes hilarious, expiration. It is also no fault of yours that a goat is allowed to participate in the act of coitus with the body of the decedant. Thank you for making the k/d ratio of all patrons a positive one! It is only through the possession of a temerous spirit that we, and you by proxy, shall continue in this most exemplary fashion, I salute you sir!

I also voted for the third option. J.D., I seem to remember another administrator who has edited polls in the past. (*cough* blueruler*)
But to address the question at hand, blue the reason why we pick on you so is becuase you made such an issue of rule No. 10. If you quietly let it die so shall we

I would like to point out that I have never killed Blue Ruler on purpose. Through an incredibly unlikely series of accidents, Blue has strolled in front of whatever weapon I happen to be firing an amazing number of times (hence the unfortunate "yellow shower incident").
I can't be held responsible for that, can I?

Yeah, but I've never seen a game where USV was a stacking factor.
But I know I'd rather change sides to even things out rather than
decimate people who might be just new and will never play
again... and I bet others would agree.
