My two bedroom co-op in NYC is $275,000. A pack of smokes is like $6 and a six pack of Corona is like $9. _________________

we pay $565.00 a month on rent in a 950 sq ft apartment, 2 bedroom and 2 baths plus a fireplace for those extra cold nights (in alabama? thats what, 25 degrees F) and/or romantic moments in front of it.
a house that has approx. 1800 sq ft (1 acre lot) averages around $130,000 depending, of course, on the neighborhood.
milk is about $2.89 a half gallon (cause that is how I buy it)
ground beef is about 2 to 3 dollars a lb
head of lettuce $.79
pack of smokes $2.65 (at the corner store near my place), everywhere else $3.50 - $4.00
sixer of my fav brewskis(southpaw 5.0 alc and in the bottle wewt!)$3.59
red and yellow bellpeppers $3.00 a lb
2 plane tickets to vegas for New Years $426.00
theville.org being transfered over to a new l33t server and maintaining 12 other gaming servers PRICELE$$

sorry but
I rent a single bedroom apartment (750sqft) for $510 monthly... I could
get cheaper elsewhere, but all in rather... questionable neighborhoods.
A 3 or 4 bedroom house on a 1/4 acre or so will run between $120,000
and $250,000 depending on what part of the city you are in... |

Unless you guys plan on going to Orem or Provo or something I
don't think you'll be moving too far.
This is the best neighborhood that is still affordable after all. |

I live in a nice section of Atlanta in a Post property, and my 2BR 2BA 1100 sq ft apartment is $950/mo. A 2000 sq ft home in this area on 1/4 acre goes for around $300-400K. However, if you move out further from the perimeter (in any direction), costs will drop considerably. Most people will face a 45-60 minute commute in the morning to pay $150,000 for that same home.
Regular unleaded: $1.24/ga
Milk: $1.79 1/2 ga _________________ Support wildlife. Throw a party! |

I see so many people posting gas prices in the $1.20 range. Why the hell would it still be in the $1.60 range here in Vegas?!?!?!?!?!? Something just is not right _________________
